Here are a few pictures from our visit in Aruba. Our cruise ship landed at 8am and then departed at 1am. We were able to enjoy the island for a full day. During our stay, we went snorkling and sun bathing. This was one of our favorite islands because the beaches were so beautiful and relaxing. Here are some of our pictures. My wife (fiancee at the time) was trying to center me with the sailboat in the background. She thought it would make a nice picture. I think she was right. We loved Aruba, it was beautiful. The water had a perfect aquamarine color. The beach was picture perfect. And there was always a nice trade wind to keep us cool in the sun. Our first stop in Aruba was De Palm Island. This little island is used for snorkling tours. The snorkling was decent, the visibility was a bit low due to some storms the previous week. Next time we go, we'll find a better location that isn't such a tourist trap. We saw this little guy running around De Palm Island. He was about a foot in length from head to tail. Quick little thing.
